Launching of Strength and Weakness Diary

As part of development and growth, every person needs correction and encouragement. Every person has strengths and weaknesses which have to be brought to the notice of the person by someone interested in him/her. If an educator is able to highlight periodically the strengths and weaknesses of the students, there can be great changes in the personality of the students. To achieve this, a personal diary called 'Don Bosco Student Strength and Weakness Diary' was launched on 13th September 2014, by Fr. Joshi, Director, Siddivihara Mysore. The Diary was very well received by the Staff and Students. The students are encouraged to appreciate their strengths and work on their weaknesses.
